Refund

As soon as we got returned package, we will refund  to you within 3 working days. for the credit card payment,we will refund to your
Same card.so you need to check your credit card in 10 days after we issue refund. please wait or enquiry to your bank. the money could
be mentioned on your credti card billing in 10 or 30 days depend on your bank processing time. once we have issued refund, we can't
do any works except waitting .you can contact your bank to track the refund issue.

For the Western Union or bank  refund, normally you can have money within 1 day or 2 days .

Exchange

Sorry we don't offer exchange on items. we prefer to refund you according to the above policy. and you can place a new order when
you got the refund.
